Starting today, Ramadan takes place for the next thirty days. During Ramadan our Muslim friends practice fasting and control their emotion better. They put more effort into following the teaching of their religion.

Some of you may not know Ramadan, so here’s an excerpt from Wikipedia:

Ramadan (Arabic: رمضان, Ramaḍān) is an Islamic religious observance that takes place during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, when the Qur’an was revealed. The word “Ramadan” is derived from an Arabic word for intense heat, scorched ground, and shortness of rations. It is considered the most venerated, blessed and spiritually-beneficial month of the Islamic year. Prayers, sawm (fasting), charity, and self-accountability are especially stressed at this time; religious observances associated with Ramadan are kept throughout the month.

Today is the first of Ramadan, the first day they start fasting. So I can imagine the sudden change of life style where they can’t eat and drink during the day… hunger and thirst must be felt.

Now what’s its relation with law of attraction?

By shifting the focus! So instead feel and think about hunger and thirst, shift the feeling and thought to something else.. something good. For example it can be a plan for charity.

Controlling the emotion such as refraining from anger, envy, greed, lust, sarcastic retorts, backbiting, and gossip can also be done by listening to soothing and calming audio.
