		<title>It&#8217;s Not A Diet It&#8217;s A Life Style!</title>

<ol>
<li>You must really know what you want. So start <a href="http://blog.audiogettingrichscience.com/questions-questions-questions%e2%80%a6/">asking yourself what you really want</a>.</li>
<li>Change the way you think to change your life. <a href="http://blog.audiogettingrichscience.com/changing-the-ways-we-think-changes-our-life/">Whatever you believe to be so, you are proven to be right</a>!</li>
</ol>
<p>Shockingly what I thought I really wanted was not what I really wanted. I accidentally realized it two years ago<span id="more-100"></span>.</p>
<p>As far as I know, I&#8217;ve been fond of eating delicious food&#8230; baby back ribs, beef steaks, roast lamb chops, yakiniku, crabs, raw oysters. But all of that food comes with a price: fat and high colesterol. I didn&#8217;t care about it. I thougth eating delicious food is how I enjoyed my life.</p>
<p>Then one day, I met a stranger and we got into casual conversation. Somehow he mentioned he didn&#8217;t eat meat and seafood. I was surprised and blurted unconsciously, &#8220;How do you enjoy life if you don&#8217;t eat meat and seafood?&#8221; He calmly answered, &#8220;For me, be able to watch my grandchildren is enjoying life. To be able to live long, healthy and happy with my family is enjoying life.&#8221;</p>
<p>Slap!</p>
<p>His answer hit me and made me realize how wrong I was. It was a great reflection from a stranger, wasn&#8217;t it? Hence I started to change my diet. I ate only healthy food and avoided all of those &#8220;dangerous&#8221; food. But it didn&#8217;t last long. After about a month, I resumed to my old habit. Eating &#8220;bad&#8221; food again.</p>
<p>Until finally I came across a good diet book, <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&amp;location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FLiving-G-I-Glycemic-Index-Diet%2Fdp%2F0761135944%3Fie%3DUTF8%26s%3Dbooks%26qid%3D1190260657%26sr%3D8-1&amp;tag=ourbabydeve-20&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325">Living The G.I. Diet</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=ourbabydeve-20&amp;l=ur2&amp;o=1" style="border: medium none  ! important; margin: 0px ! important" border="0" height="1" width="1" />. There was a sentence in this book that changed the way I think, &#8220;It&#8217;s not a diet. It&#8217;s a life style.&#8221;</p>
<p>So in my own simple example, my two ingredients are:</p>
<ol>
<li>I really want to live long happily and healthily with my family and be able to watch and play with my grandchildren. It&#8217;s still long way to go since my son is still 16-month old! <img src='http://blog.audiogettingrichscience.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </li>
<li>I change the way I think about food. It&#8217;s not a diet. It&#8217;s my healthy life style.</li>
</ol>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How much information is needed before your desire is manifested?</p>
<p>Well, during an average day, you walk around seeing and sensing things you might like to experience, and in doing so, you think about how you can obtain it. The clearer you are about the experience you want to have from the size, shape, texture, smell, etc., you will cause your emotion to trigger the action to create stronger thoughts, which are then stored into your subconscious mind. It is when enough similar thoughts have collected that the subconscious mind will send the specific signal into the Universe with your desired images. How? <span id="more-86"></span>Through the constant repeating and storing of focused concentrated thoughts with information from your conscious mind to the subconscious whether it is positive or negative.</p>
<p>The conscious mind is constantly taking in almost everything visually screening, sorting, analyzing the content, and deciding whether it will become one of your experiences. As your conscious mind scopes out a new adventure, the subconscious mind vibrationally feels the emotional energy that is wrapped around the information it is receiving. This is done to see whether it is a wish or something that you really might like to experience in the future or now. But even if it is a wish the moment you insert enough emotion behind it, you will trigger manifestation.  This is the formula for creating:</p>
<p><strong>Thought + Desire + Emotion + Belief + <a href="http://audiogettingrichscience.com/realmindpowersecrets.html" title="Law of Attraction, Secret of Law of Attraction">Visualization</a> + Expectation = Manifestation</strong></p>
<p>Stay focused only on positive, uplifting, empowering thoughts about yourself and your desire, because unseemly chaotic, outside stimulation (family, friends, spouse, lover, etc.) can easily sidetrack you or cause you to become unfocused or stuck in pursing their desire rather than your own. Such subliminal information can also come from watching TV and listening to the radio and can slowly hypnotize a person into believing they need everything &#8220;right now&#8221; from a new car, a bigger house, to a better job without ever being clear about what else comes with that desire. Listening to others who seem to have your best at heart may have a bias, which focused on might convince you that you are never going to be a success or live a glorious, delicious life because successful people look like models, or are born rich and have the right connections.</p>
<p>So, in collecting data keep in mind you can choose the better part of something that may not be to your total liking. You may not like the person personality, but love the suit they have on, therefore focus only on the suit and not the person. Keep in mind that your subconscious mind has the ability to go beyond the physical and manifest anything you can create in your mind if you desire it with deep passion, and believe it. As with anything in colleting data always &#8220;consider the source&#8221; i.e., what is the purpose of this information, where is it coming from and is it for the highest good of all.</p>

10.	If it’s not positive then it is negative.<br />

<p>What kind of relationships do you want to create with God, with your parents, children, friends, co-workers, wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, and most importantly, yourself? How do you attract the type of relationships that you want with the people in your life? How would your life change if your relationships were closer, more intimate, less judgmental, more trusting, and more loving?</p>
<p><strong>Healthy Body and Lifestyle</strong></p>
<p>What do you want your body to look like? How do you want to feel? What do you want to weigh? Do you want to live a healthy lifestyle? Do you want to live a long life? Do you have exercise goals? Do you want to have healthy eating habits?</p>
<p><strong>Finances and Abundance</strong></p>
<p>Do you want to save more money? Do you want to reduce debt? Do you want to increase your income? Do you want to create other sources of income? Do you want to have a new house, car, piano, boat, or other things?</p>
<p><strong>Self-Improvement / Awareness</strong></p>
<p>Do you want a better awareness of who you are; why you do the things you do; think, the thoughts, you think about; react in the way you do; judge yourself and others; are highly motivated in some things, but lethargic in others? Do you want to take classes, workshops, seminars? Do you want to finally get the degree, diploma, certificate, or credentials you have been thinking about? Do you want to read more books on subjects for which you have a passion?</p>
<p><strong>Hobbies / Entertainment / Fun</strong></p>
<p>What hobbies do you have now that you want to become better at? What hobbies would you like to begin; gardening, chess, painting, reading, collecting (coins, stamps, comic books, cookbooks, etc)? What would you like to do for fun and entertainment: Attend a live performance featuring your favorite bands, fish, or travel? What would you like to learn to do for fun: Ballroom dancing, golf, tennis, play an instrument? What would you like to do just once in your life: Jump out of an airplane, talk in front of a large group? Do you want to travel and experience nature, different cultures and scenery?</p>
<p><strong>Passions Purpose</strong></p>
<p>What are your passions? What is your purpose in life? An easy way to identify this is to look at what you fantasize about or do in your spare time because you want to do it or love to do it. If you have a garden in your back yard and you really enjoy the hard work of maintaining a garden, then that is a passion of yours. If you play tennis, golf or bowl on the weekends, then that is a passion of yours. If you enjoy babysitting your granddaughter, or fixing things around the house, or finding new recipes to cook fun special meals, then that is a passion of yours. Once we get past the belief that we can have only one passion or only one purpose in life, it is easier to see that we have many passions and the only work we have to do is to make time for them, be present while we arc doing them, and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! <a href="http://audiogettingrichscience.com/quantummidpower.html">Our purpose in life is to live to our potential</a>, experience love and life to the fullest, become aware of who we are and be true to our soul. Whatever form that takes in your life is right for you.</p>

The images that appear in dreams appear as “forms” in other realities and they are not restricted by our physical reality rules of time, space and growth. They involve the materialization of spontaneous constructions which would normally not occur in our physical world.</p>
<p>Dreams are a continuous flowing process which run continuously in the wide awake and the dream states.</p>
<p>While we are in the wide awake state <span id="more-71"></span>they run subconsciously. The materializations we create in our dreams have no mass in our physical reality but may have the equivalent of mass in other realities.</p>
<p>In the dream state the personality is molded and changed via actions that do not exist in the physical universe. These dream based subjective events eventually manipulate physical matter and events for the individual concerned, depending upon how they have consciously or subconsciously programmed their dreams.</p>
<p>One persons dream affects another’s and that person is in turn affected by the neighbor’s dreams.</p>
<p>In many cases dreams (in slightly different formats) are shared by two or more people and in some cases close-knit communities have shared mass dreams.</p>
<p>SETH says that we have “mass” dreams that occur just above the level relating to the collective unconscious. If we are able to tune in to these dreams (and some individuals can) we would gain an impression of what our society is collectively dreaming…..which would then give us an indication of future events, as our dreams format our future, both individually and collectively.</p>
<p>Sometimes these collective dreams contain enough power to significantly alter the future, for better or for worse. Yet, despite thousands of years of human development, we have regarded only the verbal channels as important &#8211; what we say and what we write. But based on the <a href="http://www.AudioGettingRichScience.com" title="OptiMINDzation Law of Attraction Accelerator">Law of Attraction</a> we can realize that there&#8217;s an entire channel &#8211; non-verbal communication &#8211; that is just as important as words, because it gives us just as much, if not more, attraction and information about what people are thinking and feeling. Some estimates suggest that up to 93 per cent of the information we receive about any situation comes non-verbally rather than verbally. So, whenever you chat with a friend, ask your boss for a raise or set out to seduce, what you do may be up to thirteen times as information-packed as what you say.</p>
<p><strong>Mind-reading</strong></p>
<p>Body language not only gives you additional information about other people and about yourself, it also gives you different information. While people&#8217;s words tell you only what they consciously want you to know,<span id="more-51"></span> their body language tells you a whole range of other things, much of which they may not know they&#8217;re revealing, or even be conscious of themselves. People&#8217;s basic personality, the role they&#8217;re playing, the emotions they feel, the direction of their thoughts, their relationships with others &#8211; not to mention what they really think about you &#8211; body language communicates it all. And whereas people&#8217;s words can hide a multitude of secrets, their body language is much more difficult to fake.</p>
<p>Equally, of course, your own body language will — whether you like it or not—transmit information about yourself to others. And studies have shown that what you &#8216;say&#8217; non-verbally is often much more influential than what you say verbally, not only because it bypasses the conscious mind of a listener and speaks directly to his or her subconscious, but also because people quite rightly trust non-verbal messages more than they trust words. The bad news is that your body language is making statements about you all the time, and some of these may be things you are trying to hide. The good news is that, property and genuinely used, body language can state what you couldn&#8217;t possibly say out loud, in a way that really reaches other people: &#8216;I&#8217;m competent&#8230; I need your support&#8230; I like you &#8230; I love you.&#8217;</p>
<p>Body language isn&#8217;t only about communication, though. What psychologists have realized over the past decade is that <a href="http://blog.audiogettingrichscience.com/feelings-are-important-indicators-of-your-thoughts/" title="Feelings Are Important Indicators of Your Thoughts">if you change your &#8216;body talk,&#8217; you can actually change all kinds of things about your approach to life</a>. You can, for instance, alter your mood before going to a party, create a better feeling toward your partner or feel more confident at work. And, of course, if your body language genuinely shifts, and you interact differently with people around you, then they in turn will respond differently to you &#8211; so that the way you project yourself to others will be reflected back to you, in a neat circular process.</p>
<p><strong>Words of Warning</strong></p>
<p>Because body language is such a powerful tool in the <a href="http://www.AudioGettingRichScience.com" title="OptiMINDzation Law of Attraction Accelerator">Law of Attraction</a>, you need to take care when using it &#8211; so, before you begin, a few words of caution!</p>
<p>First, it&#8217;s a myth that body language allows you to read a person like a book. This theory, which was an attempt to &#8216;alphabetize&#8217; non-verbal communication by defining a single gesture as having a single meaning, was originally fashionable in the sixties. If people scratched their nose, that meant they were lying. It didn&#8217;t matter whether they were scratching because their nose itched, because they were nervous or because nose-scratching was an important ritual in their sub-culture &#8211; they were still seen as lying. Nowadays, we know it&#8217;s just not that simple. Body language elements differ in meaning, and can be understood only in the context of a person&#8217;s life situation.</p>
<p>Second, using body language successfully isn&#8217;t about ignoring the words. Though we humans are apes &#8211; and many of the body talk sequences we use come directly from those developed by apes &#8211; we are nevertheless talking apes. Therefore, much of the teachings are about using body language along with the words, to emphasize them, to elaborate on them, to control them or even to contradict them. To be a real body language expert, use your non-verbal skills in addition to not instead of, your verbal ones.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Every morning for the next week before you start your day, go to your bedroom, close the door, and pile all your pillows in the center at the head of the bed. Kneel on the bed with the pillows in front of you. <a href="http://www.AudioGettingRichScience.com" title="OptiMINDzation Law of Attraction Accelerator">Bow gently to your inner self and to the Universe</a>. Then start beating the living daylights out of the pillows.</p>
<p>Do this as a spiritual exercise. Use either your fists, or another pillow, or a plastic baseball bat. Do it for five to ten minutes, or longer if that feels appropriate.</p>
<p>When the time is up,<span id="more-47"></span> fall into a heap on the bed and breathe deeply until you catch your breath. When you&#8217;ve come back to your center, get up, kneel on the bed as before, and bow again to yourself and the Universe. Then go about your day.</p>
<p>You won&#8217;t believe the incredible feeling of lightness you&#8217;ll have after doing this. There are so many messages waiting to come to us, but they can&#8217;t easily move through the negativity of anger and the bad feelings we frequently carry with us.</p>
<p>Get in touch with how you deal with anger. Do you clan up? Do you harbor burning thoughts? Do you take your anger out on others? Whenever you find yourself reacting in these or any other counterproductive ways of denying anger, go to the pillows and beat the living daylights out of them for a least five minutes, or as long as it takes.</p>
<p>If you have any anger you&#8217;ve been carrying around, or if you even suspect that you might, this will be one of the most powerful and liberating things you can do.</p>
<p>You may have to replace your pillows frequently. But that&#8217;s probably preferable to having to replace your stomach lining, or a heart valve.</p>

<p>When you find yourself embroiled in any kind of less-than-joyous emotion, such as anger, or frustration, or impatience, or worry, or negative thinking, take a moment and simply ask yourself, &#8220;What&#8217;s happening here?&#8221; Try to figure out what is taking you away from your center.</p>
<p>When you can say, &#8220;Ah, that&#8217;s anger&#8221; or &#8220;That&#8217;s worry,&#8221; then you know what you&#8217;re dealing with. You can figure out what you&#8217;re angry about or worried about, and then work on it. Often, simply identifying what&#8217;s happening will be enough to relieve your distress.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re angry, get to your pillows as soon as possible. Or get some fresh air. Or connect with the sun. Remember to do some deep breathing, which is good for almost anything that ails you.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s possible that you&#8217;re simply tired, hungry, or thirsty, and that your body and psyche are responding accordingly. If you don&#8217;t stop to notice what&#8217;s happening, it&#8217;s so easy to end up being tired and angry and frustrated all at the same time. Then you&#8217;re completely miserable and you don&#8217;t know why. Try living your life based on the <a href="http://www.AudioGettingRichScience.com" title="OptiMINDzation Law of Attraction Accelerator">Law of Attraction</a>: our natural state is pure joy. It&#8217;s when we&#8217;re truly happy that we&#8217;re in touch with our souls. The pain and the suffering we feel through any negative emotion or experience is simply a way to tell us how not to live. When we learn to identify what&#8217;s going on, we can make the changes we need to make to get back into our natural state.</p>

Volition is the willpower, the free will and the determination in your soul to get what you desire. Volition is the swelling up of conscious thoughts that trigger the spark in the ignition that gets the car revved up and ready to go. Now think back to when you were a child and you heard the clinging bells of the ice cream truck. You knew exactly what kind of ice cream you wanted. You didn&#8217;t even wonder if the ice cream man had your flavor on the truck; you had faith it would be there. To get the money to purchase the ice cream you said yes to your parent&#8217;s demands, regardless of whether they were additional responsibilities you would have perform later. You were off and running after the truck to retrieve your desired treat. This is how thought, desire, expectation, volition and determination work together. The conscious, desirous wanting of an item becomes so great, you physically set into motion the energy needed to combine thought with action.</p>
<p>Manifesting your desire should be smooth, easy and something that will naturally bring euphoria, rapture, inspiration and joy into your life. Your desire is sparked each time you think a thought one, two or three times with emotion about an object or experience it then sends a clear, strong signal into the universe. Thereupon, a file with your name on it stores it with those thoughts of the same vibration level and when the desire for what is yours in mental form becomes undeniable, the universe will send you an Earthly equivalent in material form.  Whether that equivalent is a new car, lover, house or job it will be yours. Do you believe it?</p>
<p>It may sound a little simplistic and unconventional, but you can change the dynamics of your life or any experience if you believe you can.</p>
<p>Over the past years, you could watch people use their MP3 players or iPods on buses, on trains and at the airport, everywhere oblivious to anyone or anything around them. This means people do have the power to create their own universe if they so choose. Consciously or unconsciously most people continue this process the moment they get into their car and then by turning on the TV once they get home.
